If the local legislation does not require a physical cash receipt, it can be sent to the customer in by two electronic means:
»By scanning customer’s personal QR code in the eWallet app. The document automatically appears in the received receipts category in the app. With every new receipt the clients receive a notification.
»By automatically sending the receipt to client’s registered eWallet email address. The client can afterwards easily import the receipts to the app.
If after scanning the QR code the customer sees incorrect data or the receipt is not registered with Tax Administration database, one can report the fraudulent activity directly through the eWallet app.
